Pricing FAQ
- Why is there a payment-processing %?
- Stripe Connect requires it and it lets us keep the subscription price low. The take-rate is on top of standard Stripe fees and drops as you upgrade tiers.
- Do I need to use Stripe Connect?
- If you want to charge clients through Leenen, yes — we use Stripe Connect Express. If you bill clients outside the platform, no, you can run on Starter/Pro without ever connecting Stripe.
- What happens if I exceed my client cap?
- We warn you at 80% and 100%. If you go over, you'll be asked to upgrade. Existing clients keep working; you just can't invite new ones until you upgrade.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancellation is at-period-end by default. Annual plans run to the end of the year. We don't refund unused time but we also don't pull a fast one — you keep access until your period ends.
- Do my clients pay anything to use the app?
- No. The client app is free for the people you coach. Coaches pay us. Clients pay the coach.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes — pay annually and save approximately 17% on Pro and Studio.
