How it works

  1. 01

    Plan the block

    Build a periodised plan from a goal date and target distance, or hand-craft every week. Apply to multiple clients at once.

  2. 02

    Push to their watch

    Sunday night, Tuesday's structured workout is already on the watch. Client opens the workout app, hits start.

  3. 03

    Auto-log + analyse

    Activity completes → webhook hits us → log appears in the dashboard. Training load rolls up; ACWR flags you when load spikes.
